ChatMax provides a platform that integrates various AI model APIs. The Service includes, but is not limited to, our software applications and related service features.
ChatMax's Service is available upon registration on the website. By paying a fixed price in advance for your selected subscription plan, you agree to become a subscriber for the chosen period. A full list of subscription plans and pricing is available on the website. ChatMax reserves the right to amend subscription fees or institute new fees at any time upon reasonable advance notice posted on the website. Any changes to the pricing will not affect your current subscription period and will become effective upon subscription renewal. Subscription purchases and refunds are handled through various third-party payment companies. For more information on how they process your data, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
Subscription plans mentioned above ("Subscriptions") renew automatically by default at the completion of the initial subscription term. By default, the renewal term is for the same duration as the initial billing term. If you wish to discontinue automatic renewal, you may sign into the website and turn off auto-renewal before the new subscription period begins. By default, auto-renewal is enabled when you use a payment method that supports auto-renewal (such as Credit Card or PayPal), and disabled when you use a payment method that does not support auto-renewal (such as CoinPayments).
However, ChatMax does not provide refunds in the event of a policy violation or participation in any illegal activities. Please note that refunds are not available for purchases made via CoinPayments.
Although we do not collect any personally identifiable information from users, compliance with all relevant laws and policies is still required. In addition to prohibiting the use of ChatMax in any manner that violates any applicable laws, please also be particularly mindful of the following specific points:

Any content submitted to the platform (including but not limited to text, images, code, etc.) must be legally sourced and must not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use or upload of others' original works is strictly prohibited.
The intellectual property rights of the content submitted by users and its derivatives belong to the users themselves. Users are responsible for ensuring that they own the content or have obtained the necessary permissions.
By using the platform, users agree that the platform has the right to store and utilize the submitted content and its generated outputs within the bounds of the law to improve and optimize the services, provided that this does not infringe upon users' rights.
When using the ChatMax platform, users must not post, transmit, or store any of the following types of content, including but not limited to:
Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights, such as copyrighted materials without permission.
Sensitive political content or content defaming specific countries, governments, or political entities.
Malicious statements that insult or defame others.
Content that contains discriminatory remarks based on race, gender, religion, disability, age, etc.
Content that includes vulgar, pornographic, violent, or terroristic material.
Any content that violates local or international laws and regulations.
Users are fully responsible for all content they input and publish.
When using the ChatMax platform to generate AI content, please pay special attention to the following risk warnings:
AI-generated content does not constitute financial or legal advice. For any content related to financial, investment, business decisions, or law, make sure to seek independent professional advice.
AI-generated content should not be used as a basis for medical diagnosis, treatment, or health advice. For any health-related issues, please consult professional healthcare providers.
Exercise extreme caution with any content related to children, ensuring it does not mislead or harm them in any way. Content that may be harmful to the physical or mental health of children is strictly prohibited.
For any sensitive topics, users should maintain a prudent attitude and not blindly trust or act upon the AI-generated content.
Users must independently assess and verify the accuracy and reliability of the AI-generated content. The platform is not liable for any consequences arising from users' reliance on such content.

If we determine that you have violated these Terms or any applicable laws, we may, at our sole discretion, terminate your use of the Service, restrict your access, or cancel your account without notice.
ChatMax accounts are intended for personal use only and are subject to account security protection to prevent password leaks and theft. Leasing or lending ChatMax accounts to others is strictly prohibited. If we detect any violation of the aforementioned usage terms, we may limit the number of login devices, prohibit the use of these accounts, and delete related information accordingly, without refunding any fees.

The Services may include access to third-party AI model APIs. By using these third-party services, you agree to comply with their terms of service and privacy policies. ChatMax disclaims any responsibility for the performance, accuracy, or reliability of services provided by third parties. We disclaim all liability and responsibility for unauthorized use, infringement, illegal use, or misuse of the Service. You, as the end user, agree to be solely liable and responsible for any and all results arising from your use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold ChatMax and its affiliates, stockholders, officers, directors, and employees harmless from and against any costs, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and costs, resulting from or arising out of any claim, suit, action, or proceeding brought against us and our affiliates arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to your violation of the Terms and all applicable laws.
Report Inappropriate Ads
If you come across any content that you deem inappropriate or in violation of any laws or regulations, you can notify ChatMax by sending an email to support@aichatmax.com. You will need to provide information about the ad, including where and when you saw it, and, if possible, a photo, video, or screenshot of the ad. Please note that if we do not have sufficient detail to locate the ad you are concerned about, we may not be able to assess your complaint.
Governing Law
Claims arising from the Terms or the Service shall be construed and controlled by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, including any questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, such disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Singapore. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
